To become an E-commerce company providing robust technology platforms for merchants and the Cross-Border E-commerce ecosystem, TMZ is introducing technology products – Software As A Service with many interesting highlights and potential for global merchants worldwide.
To achieve this goal, TMZ is seeking a Senior Community Manager  professional with the mission of bringing TMZ’s SaaS products closer to potential customers and thereby making breakthroughs in business efficiency, with the following specific job description:
I. DESCRIPTION
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and user retention.
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with our online community across various platforms (social media, forums, Discord, etc.).
  • Create and manage engaging content, discussions, and events to encourage community participation.
  • Act as the bridge between the community and internal teams by gathering feedback and insights.
  • Identify community trends, potential crises, and opportunities to improve brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with others stakeholders to align community efforts with business goals.
  • Track key performance metrics and generate reports on community growth and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social platforms.
II. REQUIREMENT
  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online forums, and community-building strategies.
  • Ability to handle online discussions professionally and manage crisis situations effectively.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Passion for brand building and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with tools like Discord, Slack, Sprout Social, or other community management platforms is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
