We are expanding our scale and looking for a Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with breakthrough growth capabilities, to lead all marketing activities toward the goal of scaling fast – sustainably – and cost-efficiently.

This is a senior strategic role, working directly with the Board of Directors and the product/technology team, with significant decision-making authority over the company’s growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business goals and the product roadmap.

• Lead growth hack initiatives, drive rapid experimentation (high experiment velocity), and scale successful channels.

• Solve retention and loyalty challenges through personalized experiences and marketing automation systems.

• Collaborate with the technology & product teams to develop data solutions (CDP, Zalo OA, advanced CRM) to fuel growth.

• Manage the marketing budget, optimize spending, and measure results based on performance marketing standards.

• Guide, coach, and inspire the marketing team to achieve high performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a fast-growth environment.

• Proven track record in scaling users or revenue, with specific case studies.

• Excellent data skills (SQL, Google Analytics, Data Studio, BI tools, etc.).

• Experience implementing CRM/CDP, Zalo OA, or advanced automation solutions.

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).

• Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make fast, informed decisions.

• Salary: Up to $1500 per month (negotiable) with performance-based bonuses, reviewed every 6 months.
