Define and prioritize product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives, with a strong focus on optimizing user experience and delivering customer-centric value.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring continuous enhancement of product usability and performance.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that support intuitive and seamless user journeys.

Lead Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning and backlog grooming—to drive timely delivery of product improvements and UX enhancements.

Serve as the voice of the customer, using data, behavioral insights, and user feedback to drive informed product decisions and ensure every release brings measurable user impact.

Monitor key performance metrics and conduct regular product reviews to identify pain points, usability issues, and areas for continuous improvement.

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscape to proactively inform UX-led product strategy and innovation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

02+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast-paced tech company.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working hours: from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays off per month.
